Old Man Winter

I think I have finally figured out my problem!!! It's not that I am just a crazy lunatic just trying to make my husbands life more difficult. It's not the new birth control that I have been blaming my dreary attitude and yelling on. It can't be that I'm just a moody person can it be??? No, I think it's Old Man Winter! This weather is finally getting to me. Have you ever heard lack of natural sunlight, of vitamin D, can cause a sense of depression? I have been in a funk for the past week or two. It dawned on me today on my drive home that I was so excited because it was actually warm enough to get home and take Keagan and Boo outside to play for awhile. I've gone to work day after day....Sit in a hallway, yes a hallway, with a fluorescent light blaring down on me, no windows except for the occasional getting up and walking up front. I stay there for 8-9 hours a day and then come home in freezing, below normal temperatures, and sit in a dimly lit house for the remainder of my day. I am so excited about this discovery! I took the boys outside for a little bit this afternoon and I'm already feeling better!
And maybe my new issue of Better Homes & Gardens with nice pink valentine day cupcakes on the front helped too! Either way, I'm ready for tomorrow! For this weekend, and even more for Spring!!!
